Over 50 Dead At Route 91 Harvest Festival In Las Vegas

As I am sure most of you already know, last night the deadliest mass shooting in America’s history happened. It happened in Las Vegas, a shooter stationed himself in the Mandalay Bay hotel, just across the street from the Route 91 Harvest music festival and rained terror down on those trying to enjoy music.

Now I usually try not to get too serious on this blog, I try and keep things light but then there are moments like this. There are moments where you start to think, what if I was there? As a music lover, a concert goer, a human being, my heart is absolutely broken for everyone affected by this senseless act of terror.

As political as I want to get I am going to simply say one thing. This is a terrorist attack. This lone gunman (I will not say his name) wanted to inflict terror on a populated place, and he did. He killed 58 people and that number is still expected to rise since over 400 people are considered wounded.

Concerts are a place that people go to enjoy music, enjoy the atmosphere, and it’s truly beautiful. You can sit there for two hours among a sea of strangers but in those two hours, you have something in common with them. It doesn’t matter your age, race, weight, political beliefs. All that matters is that you are there to enjoy the music.

Through all of this chaos though, look for the good people. Look for the people who shielded their loved ones, look for the people who ran towards the shots to help others. Those are the people we should focus on, not on the shooter. I don’t want to see his face anywhere, I want to hear the uplifting stories.

So I will leave it at this. Let’s put political positions down for just the day. Mourn this tragedy, mourn those who lost their lives.

Life is unpredictable. Let the music heal you through these dark times.

Watch Britney Spears Cover Bonnie Raitt’s “Something To Talk About”

To everyone who says that Britney Spears can’t sing, I have news for you. Home girl can sing, she just likes to sing other people’s songs better than her own!

Last night during her Piece of Me show in Vegas, Britney belted out “Something to Talk About”, a song made famous by Bonnie Raitt, and she killed it.

I just feel like this is really important for everyone to watch. Obviously this world is an absolute mess but can we appreciate that Britney is singing live? Britney is starting to get her confidence back and I am all about it.

This is just important. I don’t know how else to word it. This song is absolute fire and Britney sounds absolutely incredible singing it.

In this crazy world that we live in, I am glad we can come together and appreciate Britney singing live.

Can we call stop pretending that she isn’t talented now? That’s so 2006.

Let’s just remember this is the second time she has sang live this year, last time she was belting out Happy Birthday.

The Floyd Mayweather & Conor McGregor Fight Is On!

The biggets fight of the year has been schedule for August 26th, so get ready!

Honestly, I couldn’t care less about boxing, I think it is boring and I just don’t like watching fights. Not even WorldStar fights!

This one though? I will be watching, I am just hoping that Floyd gets knocked off his block. He is a woman beater and just a straight up coward if you ask me. It doesn’t help that he is undefeated which make me dislike him more. Conor is a dick himself but he is definitely more likable than Floyd.

A lot of people are saying that there is no way Conor could win, but it would be awesome if he was able to just hit Floyd in the right spot to knock him out.

Word on the street is that Conor should make about $100 million for the fight, no word on Floyd.

Who do you got? Floyd or Conor? Let me know!

Celine Dion Honors Manchester During Her Vegas Show

Last night during her Vegas show Celine Dion took a moment to honor those who were affected by the bombing that happened earlier this week at the Ariana Grande concert in Manchester.

There’s really nothing more that I can say other than Celine put tears in my eyes with this speech.

Just take a moment and really listen to her words, it’s time for us to love again.

Image may contain: 1 person

So Elton John has been reportedly fighting a potentially deadly bacterial infection so he has had to cancel all of his shows for the next month.

All that I can say is good. I mean, I can’t lose Elton John right now, there have been so many legends dying and we still need Elton. Okay universe? Don’t let the sun go down on Elton yet!

Caesar’s Palace released a statement on Facebook to explain Elton’s cancellations.

Elton also took to Instagram to thank his fans for their support.

Get well soon Elton and take all the time you need to get healthy!

The Backstreet Boys Bring Jeff Timmons On Stage In Vegas!

F&G PHOTOGRAPHY

One of my favorites things in the world is when boy bands of the 90’s collide. They were all in it together and now that they are older, they are still all in it together.

As most people know the Backstreet Boys are currently performing in Vegas at their insanely popular residency. So far they have had Lance Bass, Joey Fatone, and the guys from O-Town visit their show.

It’s been one big 90’s party and I am jealous I haven’t been able to get there just yet.

Well anyway, over the weekend Jeff Timmons of 98 Degrees went to the show and they serenaded him. It seems as though he has been friends with the guys for a while since they were all in ‘Dead 7’ together.

There aren’t any super clear videos of the serenading but I will update this post when there are!

I would also like to point out I told Jeff this would happen and he said no way to me. It looks like I was right.

Also, I would die if the Backstreet Boys and 98 Degrees went on tour.

Just think about it guys.

Britney Spears Plays April Fool’s Prank At Vegas Show!

This video is absolute proof that the Britney Army will stand by their queen no matter what.

Here she is about to cancel a show and no one even booed her. They just all sounded disappointed but were probably more worried about her having a broken toe.

I hope that this Britney comes out more, the fun and playful one.

Also I love that she has her mic on, she may not always sing live, but homegirl knows how to entertain.

Watch The Backstreet Boys Serenade Lance Bass At Their Vegas Show!

The Backstreet Boys show in Vegas has all of the other former boy band members green with envy, I think that is something that is okay to say.

Members from O-Town have already been spotted at the show, Joey Fatone kissed Nick Carter on stage, and now Lance Bass is getting in on the act.

Last night while the boys were singing “Shape Of My Heart”, they brought Lance up on stage and sang to him.

How beautiful, right?

I know that the guys from *NSYNC always say they are happy for JT but they have to be a little bitter, right? Like they could have had our own Vegas show but no, JT had to go on and be one of the most successful male solo artists of all time.

Watch *NSYNC’s Joey Fatone Kiss Backstreet Boys’ Nick Carter On Stage!

nick-carter-joey-fatone-zoom-9b634bb2-9b13-4e18-9150-f8c21bd67b49

The war is over! Everyone, the war is over!

Growing up there was no bigger rivalry than *NSYNC against the Backstreet Boys . There were some serious playground fights over this. I will still fight that Backstreet Boys were an all around better boy band, but we won’t get into that.

As most people know the Backstreet Boys have started their Vegas residency and it is currently doing incredible. As of right now it is the fastest selling residency of all time if you can imagine that. Yup, faster than Britney‘s which is pretty insane to think about.

Last night A.J. pulled up a familiar face though, Joey Fatone and the boys serenaded him which was extremely romantic.

Obviously Joey became overwhelmed by his feelings that he had to plant a kiss right on Nick‘s lips. Can’t blame him, he basically just did was every girl in the 90’s wanted to do. He saw his opportunity and he took it.

Nick, Joey, AJ, along with other members of the Backstreet Boys, *NSYNC, 98 Degrees, and O-Town were all a part of the Syfy original movie Dead 7. So things have been good between all former boy bands for a while now.

This moment though? This moment is absolute perfection and I can’t blame Joey for making this moment his.

You're tearin' up the shape of our hearts tonight @realjoeyfatone ❤️

Drake Was All Heart-Eyed Emojis At J. Lo’s Vegas Show

Image result for drake and jlo

Last night Drake was in Vegas and decided to stop by J.Lo‘s Vegas show. Can you blame him? J.Lo is incredibly talented and all the reviews about the show are absolutely incredible, it is apparently one of the best shows in Vegas at the moment.

During his time at the show, he made sure that everyone knew how happy he was to be there. Posting photos on Instagram to document his time at the show of course.

I have to admit, I laugh a bit whenever Drake tries to act tough. I can’t take him seriously when he is out there fangirling over J. Lo. On another note though, I would love to see these two make a collaboration. In case you didn’t know J. Lo was featured in a ton of rap songs in the early 2000’s and they were all hits.

😍 <——– Lotta those
